I fixed it in fiscal position. tick option where prices incl tax or excl. tax

(it was configuration problem)

Hi,

the taxes applied on the sales orders are the taxes configured on Odoo on the products (because we have no link between magento taxes and odoo taxes).
So your issues comes from the tax configured on your products, you must set taxes which have the 'taxes included' flag.

In Magento: prices are in brutto
In Odoo: In store views: Prices included TAX

... but prices in invoice to imported sales order take prices as 
excl tax not as define incl. tax so the total  is increased by TAX.

when I create sale order manually in odoo, prices and taxes are ok.
