The OCA operational team is growing in 2025!
After having hired our General Secretary and Event Manager, Rebecca Gellatly, in 2018, the OCA board asked Virginie Dewulf to become the first OCA Executive Director.
In 2025, in order to help our community thrive and become stronger in an ever changing context, we hired Julie LeBrun as our new Content Creator & Training Manager.
Those roles and positions are new for the OCA, an association who grew organically thanks to its thousands of contributors on Github and the great involvement of the Board of Directors for the past +10 years.
It is a good timing to delegate more operational tasks to a dedicated team and work on a new way of organizing the association.
Let's come back to Julie. She candidated at our call end of December 2024 to hire a Content Creator & Training Manager.

"From Manager of my own Latin Dance school to Training Manager and Odoo
Functional Consultant, I have gained experience in business and training
management over the last 20 years.
I have been working with
OCA modules for more than 6 years and you may have seen me during the
last 2 years OCA Days thanks to my contribution to the Consultant
Working Group.
I am passionate about Open source and Odoo but
also about training and coaching. I hope to collaborate with all of you
to help OCA grow!"
Let's get started! Julie will focus on
building exclusive content for our members this year, together with several OCA members;
organizing OCA Training (spoiler alert: Advanced MIS Builder training, OWL training... are coming!
