Backport from odoo 15.0 of the functionality to avoid the cart redirection when a product is added to the cart.

Configuration
To avoid the redirection when the products are added to the cart, the option Stay on page after adding to cart has to be activated on General Settings.

The planned lifespan of this module is for versions <= 14.0
Changelog
This module is a backport from Odoo SA and as such, it is not included in the OCA CLA. That means we do not have a copy of the copyright on it like all other OCA modules.
