Leads to Web Shop on behalf of the Customer

Hello,

I have a customer who targets the following sales scenario:
  • Sales rep works on a lead. Lead is linked to a customer record.
  • Before meeting face-to-face with the customer, the Sales rep clicks on the "New Quotation" button on his tablet. He is brought to the Odoo Website shop page.
  • While showing his tablet to the customer, he goes through the shopping cart process and enter customer info (addresses). The info is related to the customer record (not the Sales Rep record)
  • At the end, he gets a draft quotation related to the customer (not the Sales rep).
Do you have any feedbacks/ideas on how to implement this? How would we impersonate the customer during the website process?
