Comptabilité salariale certifiée Swissdec 4.0

Bonjour Monsieur Eberhard

Meilleures salutations

Pascal Zenklusen

Yes, but that‘s a proprietary solution based on Odoo Enterprise as far as I know.

Hi all,

in my personal opinion the real goal is to have a set of modules very close to Swissdec specifications (payroll but also reports, certification, salary communication and so on) and keep it for all versions. The top is receive the Swissdec certification

I know that do to this the effort is high but all together probably we can do.

My 2 cents

Dear Jacques-André

Thanks for your feedback. While I understand the new situation created by the withdrawal of the payroll module from the community edition by Odoo with version 13.0, I believe we still need a working community module for the versions 12.0 and 13.0. It is a show stopper otherwise.

While the OCA module is version 11.0 only, you at Opennet have published a version for 12.0, but these two modules show different approaches. Your module offers a new feature by integrating the source taxation with the automatic download of the source tax values (barèmes), while the OCA module does not contain this feature.

Now the question is: which is the way to go? Forward port the OCA module or use the Opennet module? Which one will make it into the OCA repository?

@Janik: welcome aboard!

You have forgotten the most important salary rule at current times: shorttime work :-)

How can we join forces in order to get a working payroll for the versions 12.0 and 13.0 (and probably also 14.0 at least for the community edition) as soon as possible?
And to get as close as possible to Swissdect?

I'm not a developer, but I can again offer my help for translations, structuring and defining salary rules.

Best, trevi

Bonjour,

Up to version 11, we published the following module

Since then, Odoo changes for us to rethink the whole module

Dear Swiss OCA community,

I am quite new to Odoo and would like to know more about the Swiss localization process for Odoo CE/Enterprise.

In particular I have a customer that is interested in Odoo Payroll. But the lack of localization makes it difficult to persuade him and finally compete with existing solutions such as from Abacus.

Apart from missing translation the payroll module cannot depict employee specific wage types out-of-the-box. The most important ones are:

* Lohnpfändung
* Quellensteuer
* Krankentaggeld über Zeit

Now I am thinking about the extending the hr contract model with new fields and implement python-based rules for the wage type.
My goal is having a fix data set with salary rules and a odoo module to extend the hr contract.

What is your approach to such a problem?
Do you already have a solution as I imagine?
What does the upstream process for localizations look like?
Is anybody interested in collaborating on this problem?

Would be nice to hear from you :)

Cheers,

Janik
