Hi Jean-Marc,

- Use one Project per "service team". Service_desk enables that adding a second analytic Id to use for the serviced contract, and also add a Location field.
- Use Project Tasks, last time I checked they link to invoicing on Odoo standard.
- Stages and Kanban State should be enough to track wip and done
- No recurring tasks feature exists. I suggest a customization adding fields to describe recurrence and then use a scheduled action to generate future tasks.

You would need on top of this the ability to:
- Create sales orders / invoices based on Issues completed.
- Define a schedule for interventions

  • plan/schedule interventions of (team of) employees
    with recurring interventions (every monday morning, every week, every month, ...)
  • trace the interventions (done, not done, + extra information)
  • invoice interventions (without timesheet, based on fixed price on intervention)
The project modules are too heavy to use because they need to create one project/one task for every intervention
And there is no function to plan recurring interventions
