Honestly, you're question is too broad... 
you should narrow it to something more specific if you want an answer.. 

By the way, is it for a new implementation, or an existing instance? I am puzzled by the use of odoo 8. It is quite old, and the underlying technologies are no longer supported. If it is for a new install, choose at least odoo 11... or better: odoo 12.
