I wonder if it will be included in V9:
We had the same demand in Switzerland, I think it could be useful outside Thailand.Also, in the PR, please explain how your module is linked to thailand localization or not. May be, I have no pinion without arguments, but it may be better suited in the thailand localization project in that case.

Version 9 is coming very soon (within less than 4 weeks).A lot of features have changed since the community days. Amongst them, the sale, contracts and purchase applications have been completely rewritten. (e.g. support contracts, regular contracts, billing control, kits, invoice based on timesheets, ... are removed and replaced by new mechanisms)
