Travis allows up to 4 simultaneous builds to run. The rest gets enqueued until the running one are finished. As we make about 300 PRs, and other practices like make subsequent commits very frequently on the same PR provokes a lot of lag (even for signalling the job in the PR itself). We can plan next time another way, workarounds or look the Travis pricing plans/own CI infrastructure.

Alexis, I'm facing the same on website-cms. Cancel/restart does nothing. I guess Dave is right... I'll just wait a while before trying again :)
