POT files are used by Odoo, but this was due to an old Launchpad bug (which forgot some comments in the PO file), I don't think these files are still useful (maybe this could be removed).
This is done in a "try..except: pass" block, so it won't crash if the file is absent.

If the POT files are not kept up to date, I think the removal is a good idea, as it will speed up translations loading (less files to parse), and avoid writing old bad data in the database.

en.po are now removed from all repos.
