Removal of OCA/program modules

Hello contributors,

I have opened an issue about OCA/program modules:
https://github.com/OCA/program/issues/28

My concern is that those modules should be removed from OCA.
They are the source of much confusion because they are too specific to the needs of
the company for which they have been developped.

Please, I would like to have your comments on whether or not to proceed.
